Nicole Hoffman, PT, DPT is an enthusiastic and passionate physical therapist with a unique perspective on pediatrics. Her specialty in biomechanics has enabled her to drastically improve the functional movements of countless children. She takes great pride in helping kids feel empowered and independent in all aspects of their lives. She believes that all children should be able to explore and engage with the world, no matter their diagnosis, and does her best to enable them to do so.
She is the proud owner of the Center for Pediatric Movement and a graduate of the University of Minnesota Physical Therapy program where she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Nicole’s enthusiasm for her work can be exemplified by her active involvement in toe walking research and publications, including “Carbon Fiber Two-Pull Solid Ankle Foot Orthotics versus Serial Casting in the Treatment of Idiopathic Toe Walking with an Ankle Equinus Contracture” and “Parent Perspectives Regarding Care Delivery for Children with Idiopathic Toe Walking to Inform an American Physical Therapy Association Clinical Practice Guideline”. Not only is Nicole part of the team that is developing the valuable clinical practice guideline for idiopathic toe walking through the American Physical Therapy Association, but she has also presented at numerous local, state, and national conventions and events discussing her comprehensive studies in pediatric physical therapy.
Outside of work, Nicole loves spending time with her family and pup in the great outdoors – skiing, biking, hiking, and camping are among her favorite activities!
Glenna Reinhardt, CO is an exceptional certified orthotist whose empathetic nature and dedication to her craft ensure she is always at the top of her field. She has an impressive understanding of how gait and orthotics influence movement biomechanics and puts her problem solving skills to use when collaboratively treating pediatric patients. Glenna is renowned among colleagues for being able to think outside of the box and come up with innovative ways to help children achieve their mobility goals. Her tremendous listening, collaboration, and empathy skills also make it easy for her to form meaningful connections with people she meets.
When she’s not working, Glenna enjoys camping, biking, hiking and spending time with family and friends.
Kelly (Hunter) Lenk, PT, DPT, is a dedicated physical therapist whose mission in life extends far beyond the bounds of her clinic. At the very heart of her professional endeavor lies a resolute goal: to empower patients and their families to reach their personal milestones and enrich their quality of life.
With a specialty in gait and functional mobility, Kelly has carved out a niche for herself within the world of physical therapy. Through her in-depth knowledge and hands-on approach to treatment, she has guided countless patients along the path of recovery and greater independence. Her unwavering commitment to patient care is fueled by a genuine passion for seeing each individual triumph over their challenges and harness their fullest potential.
An enthusiast of the great outdoors, she thrives in the tranquility of hiking trails, where the rhythm of nature complements the rhythm of health and movement she fosters in her work. When not in stride through wilderness or aiding those in need, she can be found engaged in the laughter and competition that board games offer, harmonizing in song, or cherishing the irreplaceable moments spent with her friends and family.
Marissa Smith MA, OTR/L is a dedicated occupational therapist renowned for her commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging environment where patients and their families can thrive. With a master’s degree in occupational therapy, she excels at guiding individuals towards greater independence and participation in their daily lives.
Specializing in feeding therapy and developmental approaches, Marissa employs a play-based strategy to address essential skills, including self-care, fine motor skills, social-emotional development, and executive functioning. Her dedication to delivering meaningful, evidence-based interventions ensures that her practice remains at the forefront of therapeutic excellence.
Marissa is passionate about continued learning and growth, both for herself and alongside her patients. Her dedication to staying informed about the latest advancements in occupational therapy empowers her to provide the best possible care.
When Marissa isn’t working, she cherishes quality time with family and friends, can often be found dancing around her home, or seeking out peaceful outdoor retreats to unwind with a good book.
