ADAPTIVE SPORTS CLINIC

At the Adaptive Sports Clinic, we provide comprehensive and multidisciplinary assistance for children who desire to participate in sports but are currently unable to due to various impairments. Our team of experts evaluates, identifies, and provides or outsources adaptive equipment, orthotics, physical therapy, and other resources to bridge the gaps and allow these children to fully engage in their preferred sports. We believe that by reducing these limitations, children can enjoy an improved quality of life, experience social-emotional growth, and find joy in participating.

Our clinic is open to any child facing movement impairments, skeletal impairments, sensory system impairments, strength issues, limited range of motion, pain, or cognitive challenges that hinder their participation in sports or recreational activities.

Our services at the Adaptive Sports Clinic include:
  • Multidisciplinary evaluation conducted by a team consisting of physical therapists, orthotists, engineers, and occupational therapists if necessary.
  • Development of a personalized treatment and equipment plan based on each child’s specific needs.
