Nicole Hoffman, PT, DPT is an enthusiastic and passionate physical therapist with a unique perspective on pediatrics. Her specialty in biomechanics has enabled her to drastically improve the functional movements of countless children. She takes great pride in helping kids feel empowered and independent in all aspects of their lives. She believes that all children should be able to explore and engage with the world, no matter their diagnosis, and does her best to enable them to do so.

She is the proud owner of the Center for Pediatric Movement and a graduate of the University of Minnesota Physical Therapy program where she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Nicole’s enthusiasm for her work can be exemplified by her active involvement in toe walking research and publications, including “Carbon Fiber Two-Pull Solid Ankle Foot Orthotics versus Serial Casting in the Treatment of Idiopathic Toe Walking with an Ankle Equinus Contracture” and “Parent Perspectives Regarding Care Delivery for Children with Idiopathic Toe Walking to Inform an American Physical Therapy Association Clinical Practice Guideline”. Not only is Nicole part of the team that is developing the valuable clinical practice guideline for idiopathic toe walking through the American Physical Therapy Association, but she has also presented at numerous local, state, and national conventions and events discussing her comprehensive studies in pediatric physical therapy.

Outside of work, Nicole loves spending time with her family and pup in the great outdoors – skiing, biking, hiking, and camping are among her favorite activities!
